What is equally shocking is the boneheaded father's justification, "He throws a tantrum"??? Who is the boss here??? Obviously not the dad. Its amazing his physical defect allowed him to father a child. Gee he's addicted, do ya think? A clear case to have the child removed as his future in this setting is beyond suspect.
